Method
Blend the kiwi with 100 grams of sugar, the mint and 60 ml of Coconut Drink.
Blend the mango cubes with 70 grams of sugar, a grating of ginger and 50 ml of Coconut Drink.
Blend the strawberries and raspberries with 80 grams of sugar and 70 ml of Coconut Drink.
First pour the kiwi mixture into popsicle moulds, then put in the freezer and let harden.
Before the mixture hardens completely, move it around with a spoon to get a “mixed” effect, then put it back in the freezer.
Pour the mango mixture into the moulds and put in the freezer to harden.
Pour the strawberries and raspberries into the moulds and put back in the freezer.
Alternate the mixtures to create the chromatic effect you want and add a popsicle stick before putting the popsicles in the freezer.
