Ingredients

OraSì Sugar-free Soy Drink
350 gr
“00” type flour
110 gr
all-purpose flour
40 gr
almond flour
20 gr
baker's yeast
about 80 ml

egg yolk, room temperature

vanilla pod

OraSì Soy Spread, removed from the fridge 15 minutes before use
100 gr
acacia honey

Method

Add the warm Soy Drink to the water and dissolve the baker’s yeast in it. Mix the flours, flavouring them with the vanilla pods, then mix them by slowly pouring the liquid with the dissolved yeast.

Sweeten with honey and add the beaten egg and yolk. Finish with the Soy Spread and a pinch of salt and knead the dough with the hook attachment of your mixer for 10 minutes to obtain an even mixture (that will be soft). Cover and leave to rise for two hours.
