Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices (do not soak the slices in water, as they would lose part of their starch which serves to bind the gratin).
Arrange the slices in 4 quiche ramekins and grease with Soy Spread (or in a single, larger baking tray if you prefer). Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the Soy Cooking Cream over the potatoes.
